Version 1.8 – September 2025 These Terms of Use of the Restaff Platform (Terms of Use) represent a legally binding agreement entered into between you (Customer, you) and ReStaff Limited, with the registered office at 7/F, MF Tower, 111 Bonham Strand, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong (Restaff, we), and regulate the use of the Restaff platform, located at: app.restaff.work, including the mobile applications associated with her (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Platform”) to access and use the Platform, and the use of website https://restaff.pro. For the purposes of the Terms of Use, by the Customer is meant a company, including an individual entrepreneur who is a customer of Restaff services directly or through Restaff’s partner and is using the Platform (Company), and subcontractor, an individual, including an individual entrepreneur or a payer of professional income tax (self-employed), and registered on the Platform as a subcontractor and accepted the terms of the Subcontractor Offer Agreement for works / services (User). These Terms of Use also apply to Platform-related services, which are currently provided or will be provided by Restaff or any of its affiliates as well as software and applications in any way associated with the Platform or any of its affiliated persons.
